Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel, the pan is made with a 3 ply, 5mm encapsulated base which is attached under 1000 tonnes of pressure for the strongest bonding, this makes the pan energy efficient due to high heat retention. The pan has a vented stainless steel lid to ensure gentle simmering. It can also be used in the oven to finish off cooking .
