The pan is made with a 3 ply, 5mm encapsulated aluminium base which is attached under 1000 tonnes of pressure for the strongest bonding. This base allows for high heat retention resulting in energy efficiency. The pan works on all heat sources including Gas, Electric, Halogen, Aga and Induction. The pan can be used in the oven as well as on the hob, being oven safe to 240 degrees Centigrade. The handles are extra long tubular stainless steel handles which helps the handle to stay cool during use. This milk pan has a non drip lip.
The coating used on our products is Excalibur which is one of the toughest non stick surfaces available which has a ten year guarantee.
